Jose Hernandez Diaz is a 2017 NEA Poetry Fellow. He is the author of a chapbook of prose poems: The Fire Eater (Texas Review Press, 2020) and the forthcoming, Bad Mexican, Bad American (Acre Books, 2024). His work appears in The American Poetry Review, Boulevard, Cincinnati Review, The Common, Huizache, Iowa Review, The Missouri Review, Poetry, Sixth Finch, The Southern Review, Yale Review, and in The Best American Nonrequired Reading. He teaches generative workshops for Litro Magazine, Hugo House, Lighthouse Writers Workshops, The Writer’s Center, Beyond Baroque, and elsewhere.

Rossin is both a painter and virtual reality artist. In one piece, she explored what is lost in translation between physical and virtual spaces, scanning bits of her paintings and photos she took in her studio and apartment, and using them to make short videos experienced through an Oculus Rift headset in a gallery hung with her work. She's shown in solo exhibitions in New York, in museums in Basel, Riga, Istanbul and Helsinki. She's also a fellow at New Inc., a cultural incubator founded by the New Museum in New York.

Natalia González Martín

New York-based painter, Francine Tint, has been a working artist since the early Seventies. Tint's artistic career began as a successful costume designer and fashion stylist––working for David Bowie, Ridley Scott, and Entertainment and Sports Programming Network (ESPN), among others. After enduring a series of losses, Tint’s life took on a different meaning with dedication solely to painting. Impediments impede, but they can also inspire. Working as a stylist by day, and a painter by night, Tint developed her own method of large-scale, color-based painting. Tint's work continues to be shown widely, both nationally and internationally. Her tireless trajectory of artistic experimentation has made her work sought after by both private collectors and institutions. Tint is held in the permanent collection of over 28 museums, including The Neuberger Museum of Art, The Heckscher Museum of Art, The Portland Museum of Art (among the Clement Greenberg Collection), and The Krannert Art Museum, to name a few. Francine Tint continues to paint today and conducts abstract painting workshops at The Art Students League of New York.

Deanna Salser is a mother of three, working as a drafting technician. She loves to read, draw, sculpt and carve, but writing has become her newest passion. She doesn't have a lot of time for it; her recently finished book took six years to complete during breaks and on weekends. More recently, she is entering contests, hoping to gain some recognition or at least build a resume of sorts in order to publish her book and keep on writing for a living.

Sai’s current interests are creating abstract, textured works with mixed materials and a variety of tools, self-portraits, and art around women holding binoculars to explore visibility and gaze. She has lived in India, various parts of the US and the UK, and has called Hong Kong home since 2010. Her art has participated in the Hong Kong Arts Collective 2023 summer exhibition, and will be featured in Sublunary Review, Door is a Jar, and as the cover art for the journal Pithead Chapel. She holds a BA in International Affairs from George Washington University, and an LLM in International Law from the University of Edinburgh, and has studied some painting and drawing with RISD. All her experiences contribute to the art she makes, including what she writes about.
